“What I've enjoyed most about being involved with the Oaks & Acorns program at the Montezuma Children's Center, is being a first hand witness to the precious connections that are formed through the senior-child interactions. Watching the children's faces light up when they see their "grandfriends" coming, makes me realize how important this program is in these children's lives. Just as special, the unconditional love that the seniors receive from their new friends is truly priceless."
